<mdoxml version="1.0">
Coming soon in September - a new structure and design for NRICH!

This September, we are launching a new site to make it easier for you to find resources that you are interested in, with a great new look and more frequently changing content. This page is to introduce the new site to you and answer some of the questions you might have.

For the first time, teachers will have their own dedicated home pages on NRICH so that you can easily find information about how to embed rich tasks into your teaching.

Below is a screenshot of the new site.

Read on for a description of the six regions of the new site indicated by the numbers on the screenshot.

<mdo:image src="teacherscreenshot.png"></mdo:image>

The main part of the new Teacher Pages is the Current Feature. This is where you will find resources based on a theme, similar to the monthly problems on the current site, together with articles and Teachers' Notes to support you in the classroom. The Current Feature will be updated regularly, so check back to see what's new!

There are links on the left side to groups of resources related to the Current Feature.

As well as the Current Feature, you can see the latest features in the carousel at the top of the page.

The navigation bar at the top of the page shows you whereabouts you are on the site - this screenshot is of the Secondary Teacher page. Clicking the light green and yellow buttons takes you to the Primary and Early Years Teacher pages. To view the Student pages, click on the Students link. You can also access the STEM site and AskNRICH.

In the upper right hand of the page is a link to collections of resources from the NRICH archives on a whole range of mathematical topics from the school curriculum, as well as collections designed to help students think strategically, work systematically, and develop other important mathematical skills.

Below the collections is a list of trending items, which is filled with exciting goodies and updated every few days. Look out for links to problems that are open for solutions, and links to recently solved problems!

It's all changed, how will I find anything?

All of our problems from the archive will still be there, and any bookmarked links you have should still work. The site search at the top right hand corner will still be there, so you can find problems and games just as before. The Curriculum Mapping documents are still at http://nrich.maths.org/curriculum. We hope that the new structure of
collections and features will make it easier for you to find useful problems for the classroom.

I have a really important question about the new site that isn't answered here!

Get in touch via Twitter, Facebook, or email and we'll do our best to help.</mdoxml></indexXML>
