This web board is available to all teachers but does require a home broadband connection, with which to engage in collaborative use of Excel.
If you have a basic home broadband package it is very easy to work collaboratively with someone at-a-distance; you both see the same application ( eg. Excel ) on your screen, whoever clicks their mouse takes control, until the other person clicks their mouse to take over. Its called "shared sight and control", and allows people to share ideas just as if they were sitting together at the same PC.

This is easy and well worth trying. A project for children will follow in the summer.
